[Gate-users] Fwd: problem with voxelized mouse phantom

Dear Gate users, 

I was able to make my phantom work on GATE by converting the values into HU with ImageJ. 

I have two questions: 
(1) one simulation worked fine but if I try to launch another one, I get the following error message: 




phantom had already been stored in /gate/. Object pointer is overwritten. 
It's users' responsibility to delete the old sensitive detector object. 




(2) do you know if it is possible to add a volume daugther to the phantom? 
I want to add a tumor to my phantom, can I do it on GATE directly or have I to modify the image?

I have converted my phantom file into unint16 with ImageJ, but I still get the same error message. 
I think it is the native image that is not suitable, it would require CT images coded in UH. 

Does someone know where I could find a mouse phantom coded in hounsfield unit ?

I'm trying to use the mouse phantom from [ https://neuroimage.usc.edu/neuro/Digimouse_Download | https://neuroimage.usc.edu/neuro/Digimouse_Download ] . 
So I have my phantom of the form mouse.hdr , mouse.img and here is my code: 

1. I name my phantom, open the file and choose the algorithm to track particles from voxel to voxel 
2. I convert my image grayscales into material definitions with an units to materials conversion descriptor

I get the following error message

GateVImageVolume.cc (l.739): I find R=0 in the image, while range stop at -1 

### WARNING ### setSkipEqualMaterials at false !! The Geant4 method is not safe since the release 9.5 - Need to be fixed 
Error opening file.

Does someone has an idea how to solve this problem ?
