Dear all,
The next "*Opengate scientific meeting*" will be *19/05/2022*. This will
again be a remote meeting via zoom, but I am convinced that the next one
will be face to face!
Like previous meetings, the morning will be dedicated to presentations,
with time-slots of 15 minutes (please prepare 10 minutes talk). Please,
send me by email the title of your presentation (+ 2-3 lines of
description) *before 10/05 *so that I can create the program. I encourage
everyone to propose a presentation, whatever your field (dosimetry,
imaging, others), it is a very good opportunity to present your work with
GATE and usually very rewarding.
This time, we may change the way the meeting will be managed. At the end of
the morning, I will propose a demo of the future python-Gate version (which
is still work in progress) and in the afternoon, we will discuss together
and perform questions and answers.
Please register on the following website: https://indico.in2p3.fr/event/25334
(it is free but mandatory). Note that you can find the programs of some
previous editions: November 2021
<https://indico.in2p3.fr/event/25334/contributions/>, May 2021
<https://indico.in2p3.fr/event/24079/contributions>, September 2020
<https://indico.in2p3.fr/event/21826/contributions>.
It is a great opportunity to casually exchange and discuss scientific and
technical questions related to Gate simulations in medical physics.
See you all soon !
David
