Hi Angelo,

I am not sure but I think this happens because of the cuts you have:
/gate/physics/Gamma/SetCutInRegion      world 1 mm
/gate/physics/Electron/SetCutInRegion   world 1 mm
/gate/physics/Positron/SetCutInRegion   world 1 mm
/gate/physics/Proton/SetCutInRegion     world 1 mm

The 1mm cut is too high for tracking 0.487eV gamma
You have to lower it (maybe micrometers or nanometers are ok but you have
to check it).
