[Gate-users] 3D images formats supported by Gate for voxels

Dear Gate Users,

I have voxels of breast phantom and want to convert them in a suitable 3D
image format supported by the Gate.

As per the Gate  documentation
<https://opengate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/voxelized_source_and_phantom.html#description-of-voxelized-geometry>,
the
following formats supported;

All these three methods supports 3D images stored in various image file
formats, which is automatically defined from their extension:

   - ASCII
   - Interfile format: header .h33 + raw image .i33
   - Analyze format: header .hdr + raw image .img
   - MetaImage format: header. mhd + raw image .raw
   - DICOM format: a series of .dcm files


Therefore, I converted breast voxels into *.raw* image format and I also
wrote a *.mhd* file that has meta image information.

I got the below error, [ raw format not supported while it is mentioned as
supported in the documentation].
