Subject: [Gate-users] Gate workshop and Gate scientific meetings
Dear all,
please note two events in the following weeks:
First, if you are (virtually) going to the IEEE NSS MIC conference this year, don't miss the Gate Workshop on 23/10/2021. Many thanks to Han Gyu Kang for the organisation ! The program is here.
Second, it is my pleasure to announce the next "Opengate scientific meeting" on 18/11/2021, from 9am to ~5pm. Like previously the meeting will be remotely managed via zoom, free and open to everyone.
We plan around 15 presentations within time slots of 20 min (10-15 min talk + 5-10 questions). In order to prepare the program, and if you want to present, could you please send me by email the title of your presentation (+ 2-3 lines of description) before 5/11 so that I can create the program.
Please register on the following website: https://indico.in2p3.fr/event/25334 (it is free but mandatory). For memory, the previous scientific meetings were in May 2021 and September 2020 and you can find all contributions here : https://indico.in2p3.fr/event/24079/contributions and https://indico.in2p3.fr/event/21826/contributions
It is a great opportunity to casually exchange and discuss scientific and technical questions related to Gate simulations in medical physics.
See you all soon !
David
