Hello all,
I just realized by inspecting the hits files generated that GATE will predict decay time for daughter products and include them. For instance, when simulating Tc99m as an ion, I have hits with very large time values even though I only simulated 1 second.
For example, here are all hits from one decay of Tc99m:
PDGEncoding
parentID
time
runID
eventID
sourceID
primaryID

I can ignore these hits based on time, but is there a way to prevent GATE from even recording them? I didn't see any time-based filters in the manual. I would want these hits included only if they occur during the simulated time.
