Dear Gate Users,
I defined voxelized source using the instructions given in Gate documentation
<https://opengate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/voxelized_source_and_phantom.html#example-of-voxelized-source-description-macro>and
examples
<https://github.com/OpenGATE/GateContrib/tree/master/imaging/PhantomSource/Voxelized_Phantom_Source>
.
To visualize the source, I used the command /gate/source/[Source
name]/visualize count color size
<https://opengate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/source_and_particle_management.html#visualizing-a-source>.
This shows some random points of the source but not the complete shape of
the source.
As per the previous mailing list comments, I think there was no support to
visualize the voxel source but it might be in the Gate9 version(s), or is
there another option through root to visualize? any comments are highly
appreciated.
As below, in red color

Both, the source and phantom are built from the same 3D image
