[Gate-users] FFD SPECT

Hi,
You should probably run it from the folder above the mac folder containing
Montecarlo-SPECT.mac with
Gate mac/Montecarlo-SPECT.mac
But be aware that there is currently a bug in the FFD version
https://github.com/OpenGATE/Gate/issues/351
that we still need to fix (sorry!).
