Hi Abdellah,
Do you already have your reconstruction software in place? You could look into the FDK algorithm for reconstruction of cone beam CT. You should be able to reconstruct from projection images with FDK.

Hi
I am working on the Monte-Carlo simulation. I simulate computed tomography ct .
the simulation gives me projections at each angle theta.
thes projection I will reconstruct them to have my image. I have 200 projections, each projection is stored in a file.dat I do not know how to merge these projections to have one sinogram to reconstruct it as an image in MATLAB.
Plz any ideas how to solve this????
Thank you in advance! Sincerely,
