[Gate-users] Benchmark tests help

Hi,

I’m currently trying to run the benchmark tests from the most recent release (https://github.com/OpenGATE/GateBenchmarks) using Gate v8.0 on a cluster.

Upon running all the tests at once using the command:
./runBenchmark.py

I get an error that reads:

File "/lustre/sw/xc40ac/python/381/lib/python3.8/subprocess.py", line 512, in run
    raise CalledProcessError(retcode, process.args,
subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command 'bash ./runTest.sh' returned non-zero exit status 255.

On the other hand, when running the tests on my MacOS 10.13.6 I get this error:

MetaImage: Read: Cannot open data file
GateMHDImage.icc (l.16): MHD File cannot be read: data/patient-2mm.mhd

Has anybody else encountered this (or these) issue(s)? If so, how can I get around this?
