Hello again,
Can you send me your mac file, because it is not really that simple your question. Have you used optical adder?Have you use the correct surfaces?Have you use optical photons? What about your physics list?

Thanks, this is what I was looking for.  I check the optical physics flag and the optical physics seems turned ON. However, I have an issue with generating optical photons. I have a source in which I emit a 511 keV photon towards a scintillation material and although the material properties are correct, and the optical physics list is enabled, no optical photons are generated. Do you know why this is happening? Initially, I thought that the optical physics flag in GATE was turned OFF but it seems is ON, therefore my assumption was wrong.

Are you looking for this:

This is on vGate_v8.2, but probably it is the same with vGate_v9.0.

Regards,Konstantinos

Hi Theodoros,
I am not sure whether I am understanding your question correctly, what I got from your question is that you cannot find your gate-build folder? Is that correct? And if you cannot find your gate-build folder, how did you snapshot that ccmake GUI? Or that snapshot is an example you found on the internet?
>From my understanding of your question, the "Gate-build folder" should be the folder you create for installing GATE, it is not there only if you create it. And after you set the installation path to another Gate-install file, you could ccmake your Gate-build file.
Hope this helps!
Best,Xinjie

Hi,
I am using the virtual machine GATE 9.0. I want to access the ccmake flags so I can check what is ON and what is OFF (see image attached). I cannot find the gate-build folder so I can ccmake and check it in the virtual machine. Does anyone know where is located so I can check the flags?
BestTheo
