[Gate-users] DoseActor not recording any dose (empty 0's files)

Please check the weights of particles, if you use VRT (splitting for
example), all particles will be associated with a w<0. It is used by the
dose actor.
Not sure why the weights should be constant=1. (Note that I do not know
IAEA phsp)
