Well, I am very new to Docker, but I found that with the following (on
Ubuntu), I could run Gate without having to install it:
sudo service docker start
sudo docker run hello-world
docker run -it opengatecollaboration/gate:8.2
(And after this, I could run Gate)
(I got the information from:
https://runnable.com/docker/install-docker-on-linux
<https://runnable.com/docker/install-docker-on-linux>
and https://opengate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/docker_gate.html )
Cheers,
Machiel
