[Gate-users] Gate-users Digest, Vol 176, Issue 30

Hi Lana,
Thanks for your concern! It is interesting that water is hardcoded there. I
was confused with the issue that the cluster reported nothing wrong with
that warning or error but the single thread test reported it with enough
RAM. Now, based on your discovery I think it makes more sense now. The
cluster doesn't reference/source the Materials.xml in our simulation
because I didn't find the command to reference that file with the path when
the macro and the Material.xml file are in different folders.
Now I maybe have another question, what is the Material.xml used for? Is it
ok the simulation running without referencing it? From my experience, it
looks nothing different when I run the simulation on the cluster comparing
with the simulation result with a single thread.
Best,
Xinjie
