[Gate-users] MHA (.mhd/.raw) vs. Analyze 7.5 (.hdr/.img) for voxelized phantom & source

Actually I didn’t try to use any other formats than (.mhd/.raw) for voxelized phantom and source , maybe they recommended this type because it is easy to convert the photos to mhd format. But I am interested to know if you get any other answer for your question.

Are there any reason of using MHA (.mhd/.raw) than Analyze 7.5 (.hdr/.img) for voxelized phantom & source?
