Dear Gaters
After almost 7 years, our team released a first version of the GAMMORA
project and a technical note was published this morning in Physica Medica
to introduce this project.

In a nutshell, GAMMORA is a tool that produces full GATE macros of the
Varian TrueBeam, by using as an input some DICOM RT files. It can produce
simple or complex fields (RapidArc, SBRT,...). It also includes, as a
particle source, four pre-trained neural networks that are able to produce
any number of particles (thanks to the *gaga* tool developed by D. Sarrut).
The training data that was used to create these *gaga* phsp are the
IAEAphsp provided by Varian.

This first version is probably not perfect and many improvements will come
next winter.
