[Gate-users] Voxelized Source and Image problem

Dear GATE experts,

I am trying to integrate voxelized images and voxelized sources into the
GATE system for dosimetry purposes on real PET/CT Mouse images. I am able
to provide voxelized image successfully but the voxelized source does not
provide any Energy or dose distribution as expected, I have tried many
different ways but when I try to validate, I am comparing hand calculations
and GATE scores and show big differences even for the basic systems. I will
attach a basic voxelized phantom and source scripts here FYI. In this
example, I am using a 32x32x16 voxelized phantom and it has 2 different
volumes(quadrangular) plus the background and I am trying to put the source
at origin(between these volumes). I really do not understand what I am
doing wrong. Thank you in advance.
