[Gate-users] How do you design retroreflectors?

Dear GATE users,
 
I am trying to simulate Gate optical using a UNIFIED model. 
I would like to design the retroreflector. 
How should I design the reflector.
Is it correct to use BACKSCATTERCONSTANT and REFLECTIVITY in Surfaces.xml? 

And how do I put a reflector on the top of a rectangular crystal? 
To do that, do I have to design a new GEOMETRY on the top?
