Hi,
This looks like an I/O error thrown by ITK. ITK does not know the hdr file
type so probably you're trying to use this file format in a wrong place. It
would be easier if you'd shared the macro file but if it's an output, then
change hdr to, e.g., mha. If it's an input, Gate should handle it so the
problem is difficult to explain. In any case, this has nothing to do with
GDCMImageIO.
