Dear Gate Users,

I am calculating intrinsic spatial resolution of siemen symbia T gamma
camera for model validation. I need some help for checking geometry
(specifically lead mask), source and may be the output section as I do not
get projection image after simulating 10,000,000 primary particles.

I read NEMA guidelines, as per NEMA standard, the point source should be at
the distance of 5 times UFOV. In case of the above mentioned gamma camera,
the FOV is 53.3 cm x 38.7 cm. So, I placed pointsource 193.5cm away from
the detector. In this way, the point source looks to be too far from the
detector which causes less particles to arrive up to the detector.

Secondly, there is also a lead mask of 3mm depth, 1mm width and 30mm gape
among adjacent strips nearest to the detector which you can see in the
geometry.mac file.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards
