Dear Gate user
I have two questions and I would be so thankful if any person could help me or share his/her related experience if he/she has.
I want to define a simple cubic phantom filled with water then I need to voxelize it in which I can fill it with some nanoparticles. Should I do it with another software and save it with the format of .i33 then import it into Gate or I can use the gate itself to voxelize the phantom and define nanoparticles inside? If I should do it with another software which software is better for this aim?
There is a ready MOBY phantom that has gold nanoparticles inside but I don't know how to understand where the tumor was defined and how to know about the nanoparticles distributed inside, Has any person working with Gate have experience with this phantom.
Respectfully
