[Gate-users] X-ray fluorescence inquiry

Hello Gate users,

I was was trying to obtain the x-ray fluorescent spectra of Mo with a
monochromatic source of 20 keV. I isolated the fluorescent spectra counts
by extracting only the counts with processName "photoelectric". I obtained
the following plot [1]. This is zoomed into to show the peak at 19 keV. The
red line shows the location of the theoretical peak of Mo. I am surprised
to see a significant amount of counts at the source energy 20 keV since I
used the processName to isolate only those that went through the
photoelectric effect. Note that this is a zoomed in image and the counts at
20 keV are much much greater. Is there bug in the code for doing x-ray
fluorescence or am I doing something wrong? I used this Gate setup [2].
