[Gate-users] Queston about septal penetration

Hello everyone,

 

I would like to evaluate the septal penetration effect of SPECTHead by GATE
8.2. I attached PhantomSD to the collimator, and recordSeptalPenetration
turned on as follows;

/gate/output/analysis/recordSeptalPenetration true

/gate/output/analysis/setSeptalVolumeName collimator

Then, I found 'SeptalNb' in the Singles Tree of ROOT output file. 

What is the definition of 'SeptalNb'? Do you have any reference book or
reference web site about the definition of the components in the ROOT file?
