Hi,

I would suggest using Matlab or GNU Octave to build a 3D matrix from the bmp photos and then converting it to MHD-format.

Alternatively, you can try the Matlab/Octave function I've written (has not been extensively tested yet though):

I would like to ask you what is the best way to build an mhd photo from bmp
photos  to use them as voxel phantom/source
it correctly .
if  there is any recommendation that I have to take care of so Gate can use
