Dear users,
I would like to share with you an incoherence between the two outputs of
the 3D-DoseActor.
I chose to save the results of the DoseActors in two different formats, mhd
and ASCII, at the same simulation. So, at the end I got .raw, .mhd and .txt
files for the Dose.
When I worked on them in Python I found out that the max value in the ASCII
output is 1617 while in the mhd file is 1541.
I am referring to the mhd file because in Python, when using simpleITK, we
load the mhd file.
Has anyone ever compared these two files? Do you have any idea why they
don't have the same values as they should?
Thank you very much in advance,
Best Regards,
Sofia Kolovi
