[Gate-users] Gap in Hexagonal LEHR collimator geometry

Dear Hussain,
 
Please see the attached slide#18-25 to define hexagonal collimators.
The slide was presented in the GATE training course at Tohoku Univeristy (Feb-2020).
 
It seems that you missed the definition of linear repeater.
In addition to that, pitches of hole with cubicArray repeater for x- and y- directions should NOT be same.(see the slide#20)
 
Hopefully, you can succeed in defining your own hesagonal collimators in GATE.

There are small gaps in the collimator geometry. The collimator is standard multi hole LEHR collimator for spect camera. The screenshot of geometry and script is attached.
 
Please check and help me where the problem is in geometry.
