[Gate-users] Surface definition to create a perfect mirror

Dear all,

I would like to create a curved mirror on vGate9.0. This mirror must
reflect UV photons (3.54 eV).

I have made tests with the definition of surfaces : volume1 to volume2, my
volume 1 is air (named "world") and my volume 2 is an aluminium spherical
dome (named "Calotte"). I named this surface "Surface1".

I created in the file Surfaces.xml a new surface "mirror". The type is
"dielectric_metal". As I want a perfect mirror, I choose finish=polished
and sigmaalpha=0.
I put 1 to the parameters REFLECTIVITY and SPECULARSPIKECONSTANT. The
other parameters are 0.

When I run the simulation with these parameters, nothing happens. I obtain
the same thing with and without the surface definition and I can see with
the visualisation that photons are not reflected.

I have no error or warning message.

Do you have any idea about my problem ? Surfaces.xml seems to not be taken
into account because I can put a random name instead of "mirror" and I
obtain exactly the same thing.
