Dear Zhengzhi,

You can simulate whatever geometry you want as long as you follow the system architecture of your GATE scanner.
Based on your exemple, you should use the "scanner" type system instead of the "cylindricalPET".
Doing so, you will be able to define your boxes as you want.
Be careful to define your volumes correctly (daughter) and to attach them in the corresponding level (up to five level).
