[Gate-users] Cluster output directory from singularity container with GATE

Hello Gate Users,

I am new to high performance computing and was wondering if anyone knew how to specify the output directory when using a singularity container with GATE on a cluster? I worry that the output of my GATE simulation will save in the container instead of the cluster.

Any help is appreciated.
