Greetings,

A Gate mac file is a text file. To open it, use any text file editor.

What you did is trying to execute it. The commands in that file only means something for Gate. If you wanted to "run" that file using Gate, see https://opengate.readthedocs.io/en/latest/how_to_run_gate.html .
