[Gate-users] Simulated dosimeter with Gate

Hi Rachid, 
I'm not quite sure which dosimeter you are talking about, but we have simulated an EBT3 film dosimeter in GATE (version 8.1) for the simulation of beta-emitting radionuclides and found comparable results with the physical measurements.  Dear All, I attended the CNRS gate training Dec 8-10, 2020 and if I understood Gate does not have a complete section to simulate dosimeters. So when I asked the Training talkers, I was advised to send an email here to ask if someone of you already simulated A dosimeter in Gate?Or maybe is simpler to do it in Geant4 where we simulate the primary ionization (through Edep variable) and then multiply the ionization yield by the ionization chamber gain by hand.
