Hello Alex,
GATE is a Monte Carlo simulator for particle transport, which wasn't meant
for any of the sort of analysis that you are looking to perform in your
project. I am not familiar enough with language studies or machine learning
to suggest an appropriate alternative framework, but it looks like GATE and
Geant4 are poor choices for this project.
