Good morning GATE Users,
I'm relatively new to GATE and I'm defining my first PET system to model an experimental system we have in our lab. I'm using the generic repeater to arrange some boxes I have that each contain 4 block detectors. The boxes are arranged in a square formation, with 4 boxes on each side, totalling 16 boxes. The system I'm using is the 'PETscanner'.
The placement of my boxes appears correct on the visualiser and my digitizer allows me to obtain valid single events, however I don't get any coincidences. I have looked through the singles file and there are a number of events which I believe should be classed as coincidences yet my output file remains empty. I've managed to obtain coincidences using this digitizer with a cylindricalPET system so I believe the fault must lie in my geometry.
Would anyone be able to assist me please? I've attached my geometry file and digitizer file for reference.
Cheers
Sam
