For every line in the placement file it should begin with Time. You may put all zeros there, like this:
Time s
Rotation deg
Translation     mm
0   13.8    0 0 1   124 0 -81.25
0     12.4    0 0 1   141.35 0 -48.75
0     10.9    0 0 1   158.4 0 -16.25
0     10      0 0 1   173.2 0 16.25
0     9.4     0 0 1   183.2 0 48.75
0     9.3     0 0 1   188.25 0 81.25

But when I ran the PET system, it got a error. Here is the results.
'GateMiscFunctions.cc (l.539): The file 'rsector.placements' need to begin with 'Time' '.

But when add 'Time s' berfore 'Rotaion deg',I also didn't corrrect results.
