Hi LLKI JJJY and Rachid,

Please have a look at "GateContrib", which has (among many other things) examples of radiotherapy simulations:

https://github.com/OpenGATE/GateContrib

(If you only want to look at the mac files, then you can just use your web browser to browse the code. If you want to run the examples yourselves, then  you need to have "git-lfs" on your system. See the readme text for how to install that. Modern Linux distros have a standard package for that, so it should be easy. )

Navigate to "dosimetry/Radiotherapy" and have a look at examples 2, 3, 7 and 8.

This does not address Rachid's question about Molybdenum. I hope that somebody else you can help you with that.

 I am also interested. Also I need data points (wavelength,Rate) for Molybdenum anode source.
 I measured it with a 2 theta xrd method using our xray tube  and need to compare it to what gate uses.
