[Gate-users] The output of example1 for vGATEv7p2 is empty (vGATEv7.0 macro file carbon beam)

Dear Dr. Akram,
 
Attached is the vGATE7.0 macro files for the carbon ion irradiation (C-12) into water phantom.
 
I checked the "ProductionAndStoppingActor" outputs for C-11, N-13, and O-15 as well as "DoseActor".
 
Below is the list of my main macro files.

1. Main_GATEv7p0_Carbon12_1MBq_WaterPhantom_2019_03_06_v0.mac (C-12 irradiation) 
2. Main_GATEv7p0_Carbon11_1MBq_WaterPhantom_2019_03_06_v0.mac (C-11 irradiation) 
3. Main_GATEv7p0_Carbon10_1MBq_WaterPhantom_2019_03_06_v0.mac (C-10 irradiation)

You can run one of them as you like.

Hopefully, my GATEv7.0 macro files would be working in your vGATE7.2. 
 
If the secondary fragments (C-11) are not recorded in the "ProductionAndStoppingActor", then the cross-section data are not installed correctly in your GATE environment.

Dear GATE friends,

I am learning Gate and started with example1. I am interested to have
distribution of 11C in an irradiated water phantom with 12C beam. The
program was run without any error. The output for dose distribution was
ok but the output for 11C fragments was empty.

I am wondering if someone could give me any suggestions to solve the
problem. I ran the program for 1000,000 primary particles but the output
of 11C fragments was still empty.
