[Gate-users] How to set up a problem

Good morning everybody,
I'm a student of biomedical engineering and i'm starting using Gate
(through vGate).
My target is: i have to simulate the level of absorbed dose of a
yttrium90-sphere, located in lobule, which is approximated with an hexagone.
I've tried some attempts but something went wrong.
Can anyone suggest me the general steps to do?
