[Gate-users] Gate Lyon's Hackathon and Workshop, July 3-4

Hello,
here are some information about the two Lyon's events next week.
- *July 3th: Gate Hackathon*

- *July 4th: Gate technical meeting*

With about 20 presentations, it will be a very rich event ! Approximately,
half of the presentations will be on imaging (SPECT, PET, etc) and half on
dosimetry (particle therapy etc).
*Speakers*: time slot is 15 min. Please, prepare a ~12 min talk to leave
room for discussion. Moreover, please prepare one slide at the beginning of
your talk to briefly present your research group. Do not hesitate to come
with your questions if any.

*I need to know how many people will be here to organize the coffee
break/lunch. *
*Dinners* in Lyon downtown will be organized both 3th and 4th evening.
Please tell me if you want to have dinner with us 3th, 4th or both.
*Location*: both events will take place at Léon Bérard cancer center

take place in the Oncora meeting room, 2nd floor of the main building (go
