[Gate-users] CASToR training course, December 5-6, 2019

Dear GATE users and developers,

On behalf of the CASToR project, I'm pleased to announce that the first CASToR training session for beginners<https://www.francelifeimaging.fr/formation/customizable-and-advanced-software-for-tomographic-reconstruction-castor-training-for-beginners/> will be organized on December 5-6, 2019, in Saclay (south of Paris), France.

CASToR (www.castor-project.org<http://www.castor-project.org>) is an open-source software platform for iterative reconstruction in emission (PET and SPECT) and transmission (CT)  tomography. It includes utility tools to convert GATE data from the root format to the CASToR datafile format.
