Hi,

If you're using PET data, the next release of OMEGA (https://github.com/villekf/OMEGA) will include the ability to import scatter, trues and randoms data to MATLAB from GATE ASCII or ROOT files.

A beta release of the next version should be available next week on GitHub.

Hello. I'm studying GATE. Now I take a simulation using the NEMA for knowing value of the scatter, true, and random counting rate.  How can I know the  value of the scatter, true, and random counting rate for .dat and .root file using MATLAB software?
