[Gate-users] GATE output root file conversion to projection filr for STIR using Bin_GATE_v1.0.c

Dear All,

                I had simulated cylindricalPET system in GATE and produced
root data. There is no issue in that. Now, I want to reconstruct the image
and hence used the program Bin_GATE_v1.0.c to convert root file into
projection file. But, there is *segmentation violation *and I am wondering
whether the conversion code is buggy or not. Here is the terminal output.

Input file name is scatter_study*.root
