[Gate-users] example of visualization with ImageRegularParametrisedVolume

Hi All,

Can anyone provide an example of how to visualize a ImageRegularParametrisedVolume phantom?

I'm creating the phantom like this:
/gate/world/daughters/name patient
/gate/world/daughters/insert ImageRegularParametrisedVolume
/gate/patient/geometry/setImage image.hdr
/gate/patient/geometry/setRangeToMaterialFile CT_range_file.dat
/gate/patient/attachPhantomSD

The image file, image.hdr, is in analyze format.  The range file looks like this:

-1024 -950 Air        false  0.0  0.0  0.0  0.2
-949  -200 Lung       false  1.0  0.0  0.0  0.2
-199   200 Body       false  0.0  1.0  0.0  0.2
201   4000 SpineBone  true  0.0  0.0  1.0  1.0

When I visualize this with a heprep file, there are just lines at the voxel boundaries.
