[Gate-users] Radiotherapy dosimetry

Hi dear gate users!
I am trying to simulate a test tube irradiation with a radiation source,
but I am having some difficulties. Could anyone tell me how I define the
size of the irradiation field? I will experimentally irradiate test tubes
containing 6 MV energy photon polymer gel and then compare them with the
simulation values.
Can I set the source with all 6MV photons in the simulation, or should I
use a histogram? The equipment used will be a Trilogy Varian.
Attached is an image illustrating the experiment I will reproduce in the
simulation and the code I am using.
Every help is welcome.
