[Gate-users] Enabling LUT Davis model

Dear Mariele, Brill, Aaron：
Sorry for the late replay. I has been successfully installed the GATE version 8.1 and 8.2  with LUT Davis model in my workstation, and I found some problems during this process.
1. The warning message during the GATE installing process maybe confused the user.

2. In the GATE 8.1 and 8.2, the introduce of optical surface source code must be after initialize. In contrast, the optical surface instruction code should be introduced before initialize when I simulation with GATE 7.2.
I guess these problems can be solve easily. Make it easier for other users to use LUT Davis model.
