[Gate-users] pixelate crystal in spect

[Asra Talebi]

Hello


I simulate a spect system. the dimensions of crystal is 9.5*387*533. i try  setting  the pixel size of image(256*256) with crystal's dimensions. any variation in pixel size in out put file cause code not to  run.


do you have any idea for solving it??
