[Gate-users] Gate- Optics

Hello,
I am trying to use Gate to simulate laser light propagation inside the body
and I have some questions in that regard:

1) what physics list in Gate is best for fluency mapping in a physiologic
medium when primary particular is an optical photon (1.24 - 3.01 eV)
2) What physical processes are necessary to be enabled at this energy?
3) Is FluenceActor the best object to use for this goal to make a map?

I would be really appreciated if anyone could help.
