[Gate-users] Compiling Gate8.2

Hello,

I am trying to compile Gate8.2 on my Mac.  Is ITK required?  I followed 
the instructions to build ITK and ran

cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt/contrib-appleclang/itk 
-DITK_USE_REVIEW=ON -DBUILDEXAMPLES:BOOL=ON -DBUILD_TESTING:BOOL=ON 
-DITKV3_COMPATIBILITY:BOOL=OFF -DITK_BUILD_DEFAULT_MODULES:BOOL=ON 
-DITK_WRAP_PYTHON:BOOL=ON ..
