Hello everyone,
I am just trying to simulate the CBCT process with GATE. However, I got a
problem when I tried to compile the Analyze.cpp, which is the same to that
Barbara met about 2 years ago (I searched that in the GATE mail-list
archives).
I have successfully finished the simulating process and got the resulting
root files. And my environment is Ubuntu 18.04 + root
5.34.36+geant4.10.02.p03+ gate7.2 + gcc4.8.
I also tried root6.10.08+ geant4.10.02.p03+gate8.0+ gcc7.3. But both failed.
Do you also simulate CBCT or have any idea on this?
The compiling error snapshots are attached.
Thank you!
Gaoyu Chen
