Hi everyone!
I use CAD (stl) geometry for internal dosimetry calculations of yttrium 90 radioembolization in Vgate8.0 version.
I have obtained the form of 2  and 3 dimensional histograms which comprise of edep and dose values with DoseActor in root format.

My first question is how do I quantify the dose distribution of these outputs numerically in the graph? You can find attached histogram.
Second question: Can I put a geometry made with CAD in the SPECT system?
 
In all samples related to dosimetry, outputs are always taken in mhd raw format, as far as I know.
When I have opened the output in this format with Slicer4 program I can not get a numerical result because it ask a reference dose value. I can only see localisation of uptake in geometry.

I would be so pleased if someone guide me.
