[Gate-users] ROOT manual for GATE users

Dear all,

I've observed that a lot of GATE users have problems using ROOT files.
Thus, I've decided to write a ROOT manual of simple actions with ROOT
files. Though, despite their apparent simplicity, they are very useful and
sometimes not easy to figure out.
